Meet Our Owner
Uloma Okoye, the owner/CEO, is passionately drawn to helping people, especially the elderly. She took care of her mother, who had a terminal sickness until she passed away. She has over 20 years of combined relevant experience and a wealth of social and professional networks. In her professional capacity, she is very experienced in marketing, recruiting, training, scheduling, and monitoring staff. She is also good at communicating and maintaining positive relationships with clients’ families, social workers, and state representatives in each client. Simultaneously, she ensures compliance with all the required regulations, policies, and operational procedures. She has owned and managed two facilities with 36/37 beds, respectively. In her social experience, Ms. Okoye is well-connected in her community, including but not limited to church activities.

We are licensed through the Pennsylvania Department of Health and ready to help a senior who would rather remain in their homes. United Hands Homecare Agency, LLC has an emphasis on companion care services and personal care services. Companion care services are for seniors (individuals) who need socialization and companionship to reduce feelings of isolation and the risk of anxiety and depression. Personal care services provide hands-on help with daily activities, such as grooming, dressing, bathing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. United Hands also offers services in errand running/shopping, laundry, etc.
